Auction rules

1. Bidder Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

3. Auction duration
08th December 2023 Time 12:00, till 12th December 2023 Time 12:00.

4. Password and Security.
Every user who would like to place a bid on the IWCR Christmas Online Auction must register on the IWCR Online Auction website with an account (first name, last name, email address) in order to establish a unique personal login (email address) and password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We recommend you memorize your password, and not write it down. You may not share your password with any other person. You are responsible for all activity occurring through use of your account and/or password with or without your knowledge.

5. Your Bid is a Contract
When you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the auction organizer if you are the winning bidder. You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at Auction Close and your bid is accepted by the auction organizer.

6. Auction Closure
Auction closure means the end of online bidding on all items available in the auction. The date of closure is Tuesday, 12th December, 2023 at 12:00.

7. Payment Terms
If you are a winning bidder, it means you placed the highest bid on an item, and you agree to honor the auction organizer’s requirements regarding method and time of payment. Payment must be made within 24 hours after the closure of the online auction (see closure – indicates the date and time your bid won). You can settle your payment through a bank account transfer, online payment through PayPal, or credit card.

  • Payment must be made in full before services will be rendered. All payments must be made through bank account transfer, online payment through PayPal, or credit card.
  • Payment methods:

  • All IWCR fees are exclusive of credit card processing fees. Payment of credit card processing fees is your responsibility.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable

8. Delivery of winning bids
After the end of the auction, if your bid has won, you will receive an automatic email with information about what you won and payment details.
After we have received proof of payment, you will be sent an email detailing when and where you can pick up the items. The items that you won and paid for will be available for pick up in Riga.

*For pick up please bring along your email about the winning bid and your payment slip to prove your payment.*

9. Use of Materials.
The contents of the Web Site, such as text, graphics, images, downloadable and other material (“Materials”), are protected by copyright under both The Republic of Latvia and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of the Materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and is prohibited.

10.Support Policy.
Technical support is provided exclusively via email. We make every effort to respond to all support inquiries within 24 hours during the timeframe from December 3rd until December 12th, 2022. Email for the support: board.iwcr@gmail.com and Iwcr.president@gmail.com

11. Registration Data.
Your registration information includes any information you and/or your organization provides to us during the registration process. In consideration for your use of the Web Site, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete Registration Data, and to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

12. Auction organizer’s Terms
When you place a bid on an online auction item, you are agreeing to any specific terms and conditions imposed by the auction organizer and included by the auction organizer in the item’s description.

13.All Bids are Final
Once you have placed and confirmed a bid, your bid can not be retracted. All purchases are final. Once you have confirmed a purchase, your purchase is final and can not be canceled.

14.Auction Changes
Auction organizer IWCR reserves the right to add or remove items from the online auction at any time without notice.
